One of the biggest challenges to entrepreneurial focus is self-distraction.

This is a result of having a dirty mind: a mind that’s filled with too many tasks. They pop into your head, it switches your attention, and you pay the switching cost.

We need to get all of these tasks out of your head and put them into an approved gathering point.

A great place to do that is a notepad, including Evernote, which is what I use personally. You could even email yourself when a task pops into your mind.

Really, any place works as long as it’s a gathering point that you check on a regular basis.

So what I’d like you to share below is what’s one task that you know is unresolved, and is bothering you? And what’s one gathering point where you’re going to put it?

And if you have any questions you’d like me to answer in a future video, ask that below as well.

Thanks for watching. Now keep that mind clean.
