One of the most chaos-inducing routines entrepreneurs must endure is the yearly review. With so much information and so many numbers, it’s hard to focus on which future possibilities and past missteps will take your small business in the right direction.

Have no fear–I’ll teach you how to review your year! This week I’ve narrowed it down two steps that will have you efficiently and effectively understanding your annual results. Just 78 seconds to a whole new perspective for a whole New Year…

It’s important as an entrepreneur to regularly review your success, particularly at the end of the year. But how do you go about doing that?

One key thing to look at are the numbers! And I talk about that in my book The Focused Business. I discussed the five MVIs and I recommend that you read that, or re-read that as part of your annual review.

However, in this video I just want to focus on two areas—your biggest win and your biggest lesson.

Your biggest win is the thing that you accomplished last year that you put a lot of effort and energy into, and you made it happen. And your biggest lesson is the thing that you probably shouldn’t have put any time or effort into. And it’s a mistake that you don’t want to repeat.

And that’s what I’d like you to do. In the comments section below, I’d like you to share your (1) one biggest win for last year and your (1) one biggest lesson. I’ll do the same.

And, if you have any question you’d like me to answer in a future video, ask that below as well.

Thanks for watching. Now, take a look backward to move forward.
