How a LinkedIn Learning course is created through teamwork

It takes a village to build a LinkedIn Learning course.

If you follow me, you probably know about my LinkedIn Learning courses. Or perhaps you’ve taken some of the fantastic courses by Dean Karrel, Chris Croft, Laura Bergells, or one of the many other amazing instructors. What you may not be aware of are all the people behind the scenes who make those courses come to life.

I was recently back at LinkedIn Learning Studios in Carpinteria, CA, filming updates to Time Management Tips, as well as my new course, Improving the Value of Your Time. I want to introduce you to some of the team that makes it all possible and the hard work they put into crafting a course.

Nicole Mangona and Josh Figatner are just two of the amazing people that make sure the production and creation of my course run smoothly. A team of lighting technicians, set builders, editors, and graphic designers add polish to the production, as well. So the next time you take one of the incredible courses on LinkedIn Learning, take a moment to think about the men and women “behind the curtain” making the magic happen.

What course are you taking next? I’d love to hear about it!
