Slow down and be patient. In a world addicted to the “hustle” mentality, let’s bring back the art of taking our time. Believe it or not, by slowing down and learning to be patient, you will become more productive!

It sounds easy enough, yet most struggle to put patience into action.

Try this trick to increase your patience:

  1. Estimate how long a task will take you to finish.
  2. Add a few minutes to that and set a timer.
  3. Go to work!
  4. If you get done early, take extra time to review your work and celebrate it’s completion.

Then check in with yourself. Did you feel less stressed? How did the quality of work improve?

Give it a try today!
