A great leader knows how to set their ego aside and focus on helping their team. They understand how to listen and delegate properly. They understand the importance of strong relationships and trust.
A great leader doesn’t just manage, they build a new generation of leaders.
I believe anyone can be a productive leader, regardless of their position.
