Why observation improves training

While training, at some point you’re going to want to step back and observe what your team member is doing. This is a bit like taking the training wheels off a bicycle.

During observation, make notes, and avoid commenting in the moment. Let someone try their best, then give them specific feedback after they’re done.

If you need help on how to build a new training system, I am happy to help! Learn more about how to make this happen at DaveCrenshaw.com/speaker.
