Don’t fall into the holiday multitasking trap! Let’s clarify one thing: multitasking doesn’t exist. As I explain during my interview on WUSA9, what you’re really doing is switchtasking.

You’re bouncing from one active task to another, which comes with a hefty price tag: lower quality of work, longer time to complete each task, and a higher level of stress.
