Leadership Tip: Consistent follow-up leads to consistent follow-through

Are you always there for your team? More importantly: do you consistently follow up on the work others are doing?

I’m not talking about micromanaging. I mean creating a culture of accountability.

Not because you expect them to fail. Quite the opposite! You want to help them grow into the very best version of themselves.

You want your team to know you have their back, right?

Accountability is the key to success, and that requires the support of a third party. YOU!

Remember to come from a place of service. You want to help them reach their goal, not make them feel inadequate. Let them know you’re there if they need guidance, as well.

You’ll end up with an incredible team that will make you more productive as a result.

How do you help your team grow?
