Ever get distracted by random thoughts floating around in your mind? Scattered thinking can destroy your focus.  Most people know about a computer’s firewall. The security software that blocks unwanted viruses that slow your computer down…or even crash it.

The same can be done for your mind! You need to build a mental firewall to block distracting thoughts. It sounds harder than it is, I promise. After some practice, you’ll do it subconsciously.
