Lasting change begins with a committment to self-improvement

“I know I need to make a change. I just don’t know how to make it stick.”

Just like New Year’s resolutions, change is often met with enthusiasm that is short-lived. Few manage to make the changes last for good. Why? They’re often focused on quick-fix solutions, rather than a long-term commitment.

I’d like to invite you to become an improvementist. Instead of a perfectionist mindset, this person understands change doesn’t have to be perfect. They strive to be “a little bit better” each time they practice a new skill or habit. They celebrate each improvement and remain focused on the bigger picture.

What habit are you willing to make a commitment to change, one improvement at a time?
