How to get your energy levels back up for optimal productivity

Is working from home draining your energy?

One of the most common complaints I hear from remote workers is the lack of movement in their day. Instead of shuffling around at an office, getting some physical engagement, you’re at home all day in one place. That can take a toll on your energy, which affects your focus and productivity.

I went to my good friend, Coss Marte, for some advice on what to do. Coss owns CONBODY, a unique gym in New York City, and also has online classes where he teaches physical fitness.

His simple solution: schedule time for simple exercises in your day. He shared one exercise that you can do anytime, anywhere—even in a full business suit like me.

I managed to do it, even though I’m clearly overdressed, which means you can, too! I challenge you to join us right now. If you absolutely can’t, then go schedule a time to try it later.

Dave’s courses are on LinkedIn Learning and offer guidance on improving your time management, productivity, focus, and more!
