That makes a lot of sense Dave. I can see that for sure in my business.

Thanks, Ideas. Remember, when you see something you don’t like in your business, before you go running off to find a solution, look in the mirror first. :-)

Disturbing and Exciting all at once.  Looking in my business mirror I’m very pleased with the direction, the past, the mission.  I’m very frustrated with the current systems, lack of accountability, and so forth…thus the help it has been to look in the mirror, take the Boot Camp, and learn to fix these issues.  Thanks Dave for your continued instruction and help in the long process of righting the ship.

Yes, the good news is you’re already taking action and both entrepreneur and business is improving as a result. Thanks for the comment, Jason!

Loved taking a few minutes to look in the mirror!  One insight I gained through doing this is that the reflection goes both ways!  The strengths and weaknesses of my business are definitely a direct reflection and result of me personally and how I show up in my personal life AND my personal life can also be positively affected as a result of the reflection of things from my business.  For instance, I recently achieved a goal in my business that was HUGE for me and took a long time to get to the end result with lots of stumbling blocks along the way, but getting to the end result and knowing that I really COULD and DID do it, made me realize that I could do the same thing (the reflection of my business in the area I had just acheived), in my personal life as well in that same area and it gave me the motivation and belief to move forward and take it on!  Thanks for giving me a reason to reflect!

You’re exactly right, Dannette! It does go both ways, and you should take credit (and celebrate) your great achievement. Well done!
