How well are you building customer loyalty in your business?

Recently I ordered a product called Prompt It. It’s a teleprompter that I am using right now. The product came from a company in Australia. And inside the box was a little koala bear that they purchase from one of those tourist gift shops and a nice handwritten note that said “G’day mate.”

Now it was a simple gesture, it didn’t cost them very much. But it put a smile on my face and it caused me to reach out to them on social media.

These are the opportunities that you have in your business to build customer loyalty—it’s doing unexpectedly pleasant things for your customers at unexpected times.

So, I’d like to ask you a question. After someone buys your product or service, what do you do that creates an unexpectedly pleasant experience? Please share that below. And if you’re not doing something currently, please share below what you will do in the future.

Also if you’ve got a question you’d like me to answer in a future video, ask that below as well.

Thanks for watching. Now go build some loyalty.
