Most entrepreneurs understand the importance of social media and blogs in order to increase sales leads.

This all revolves around content. But how are you going to create more content—things like videos and articles for your business when you’re already crazy-busy?

Here are three suggestions:

  1. Schedule time for this. Carve out a little bit of time in your schedule each week to work on content. I recommend starting with one hour a week.
  2. Delegate. Find an employee, someone who has great writing skills who can help you in this process. You can even outsource it.
  3. Create a document called “the company voice”, that describes the tone, and the style, and the words that you choose to use as a company.

I know you’ve got great ideas. So please share in the comments section below how you would suggest others create content for their business.

Also, if you have any question you’d like me to answer in a future video, ask that below as well.

Thanks for watching. Now please share your wisdom.
