We have implemented a system at the beginning of employment where we have employees fill out a "likes" survey. We utilize the answers to the survey to reward people over time with things that they "like" to celebrate successes, large and small. This is the first year where I have done this and it has produced many more "thanks" than ever before. The employees feel taken care of and appreciated since we are paying attention to them as individuals.

This is awesome Dave! I think it's important to change your voicemail message and set an automatic email reply saying you are out of the office. Remembering to give a specific time of when you will return messages (something I learned from your boot camp).
