We all know there’s nothing better than enjoying the holidays with family and loved ones—especially to recharge and regroup. But small business owners also need some direction and clarity to feel confident and focused heading into the New Year.

Since entrepreneurs deserve a break more than anyone, I’m sharing my solution for harnessing the holidays so you can hit the ground running in 2016. It really is the most wonderful time of the year…

As we come up on the end of the year, you have a great opportunity to prepare for the New Year.

The five days just before the January, I call “Headstart Week”. This is a traditionally slow time of the year and it’s a great opportunity as an entrepreneur to build strategy, to get organized, to get more focused.

However, you have to put the time in your calendar. Schedule it. Otherwise, it’s easy to let those days drift away.

So, what I’d like you to do is look ahead in your schedule and chose at least two days during Headstart Week that you’re going to devote to building strategy and getting organized.

Then, share in the comment section below what two days did you schedule during Headstart Week?

Also, if you have any question you’d like me to answer in a future video, ask that below as well.

Thanks for watching. Now go plan to prepare.
